MARKETING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION: VNL-HR-2410-JD-Marketing Manager

1. Responsibilities:

📊 Develop and maintain company’s corporate branding collateral.

🏷️ Implement project-specific branding strategies.

📸 Oversee development of visual assets (photography, 3D renderings/CGIs).

🤝 Collaborate with the sales team to produce marketing materials (scale models, brochures, presentations, digital assets).

👥 Lead and manage the marketing team.

📢 Plan and execute branding and marketing communication campaigns.

2. Job Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or related field.

🏢 Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management position. Experience in luxury/high-end property development or hospitality preferred.

🛠️ Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Effective time management, positive thinking, result-oriented mindset, team player, excellent problem-solving abilities, high level of integrity and professionalism.
