JOB DESCRIPTION: VNL-HR-2410-JD-Sales Manager

1. Responsibilities:

🔍 Conduct market research and analysis.

📜 Propose and implement sales policies.

💲 Develop pricing strategies.

🤝 Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.

🌐 Develop and train a network of sales agents.

📊 Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Director.

🎯 Ensure sales targets are met.

2. Job Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field.

🏢 Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management position. Experience in the hospitality sector preferred.
