1/ Job Responsibilities:

🌟 Maintain relationships with high-level partners.
📈 Achieve sales targets with bank and non-bank partners.
🏫 Support and train partner sales staff.
📊 Track sales performance and take corrective actions.
⚖️ Resolve conflicts between channels and partners.
👥 Recruit, train, and manage Sales Relationship Managers.
🌐 Develop a network of advisors/consultants.
🤝 Collaborate with internal departments to improve sales processes.

2/ Job  Requirements:

📅 8+ years of work experience, 5+ in financial services.
🏆 Proven sales track record.
📚 Strong understanding of the Vietnamese financial services industry.
🗣️ Excellent communication and people management skills.
🇻🇳 Native Vietnamese, fluent in English.
🤝 High personal integrity.
