Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Event & Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and production of events and marketing collaterals for corporate branding, projects, and campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful event execution. The ideal candidate will contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance the impact of events and marketing materials while ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives, goals, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collateral & Sales Tools Development:

• Develop and implement plans to produce marketing collaterals and sales tools for VinaLiving and real estate projects.
• Oversee the creation of 3D visualizations, photos, videos, and other marketing assets, ensuring alignment with project branding and objectives.

Creative & Production Quality Control:

• Monitor the creative and production outputs, ensuring high-quality and effective deliverables.
• Review final materials and suggest improvements for optimization, ensuring strategic alignment.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Propose and develop event activities and partnership opportunities that align with campaign and project strategies.
• Coordinate and manage agencies to ensure seamless execution of events, meeting deadlines, budgets, and high-quality standards.

Budget & Financial Management:

• Effectively manage event budgets, ensuring financial adherence and providing regular updates to the line manager.

Cross-Team & Vendor Coordination:

• Identify and resolve operational challenges in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth event execution.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing collateral production, event planning, and management, preferably in real estate projects or with developers.
• Proven experience in luxury or high-end property development, hospitality, or relevant industries is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation abilities and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of current event trends and innovative production techniques.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
