1. Job Responsibilities

🧭 Lead the planning and execution of energy investment projects (including renewable energy, wind, solar, or other clean energy sources)
⚡ Coordinate the development and management of energy project portfolios aligned with the overall investment strategy
📊 Conduct market analysis, risk assessments, and evaluate the profitability of energy projects
💼 Participate in M&A activities, financial due diligence, and contract negotiations with both local and international partners
👥 Manage the investment team, develop workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
📈 Monitor investment performance and propose strategic improvements

2. Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Energy Engineering
📊 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy investment sector, with a strong preference for candidates involved in the development or operation of renewable energy projects
📚 In-depth knowledge of energy-related regulations and policies in Vietnam and international markets
🧠 Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
💬 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partners and government agencies
✅ High integrity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
