The CFO plays a critical role in managing the company’s financial strategy, optimizing cash flow, and establishing transparent reporting systems to ensure readiness for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This position requires strategic financial leadership, working closely with the CEO, COO, investors, and key stakeholders to achieve long-term growth objectives and ensure compliance with securities market regulations.

IPO Preparation
- Lead and coordinate the entire IPO preparation process, including:
- Developing and refining financial and accounting systems to meet international reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP).
- Ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial reports, KPIs, and IPO documentation.
- Collaborating with investment banks, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct company valuation and develop financial materials to attract potential investors.
- Partner with internal teams to prepare the IPO prospectus.
Financial and Investment Management
- Secure adequate funding and design long-term financial strategies to support IPO execution and post-listing growth.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation to maintain financial stability during transition.
- Supervise investment strategies to maximize returns and enhance shareholder value.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment to develop mitigation plans.
Investor and Shareholders Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, business results, and key updates at investor meetings and roadshows.
- Ensure full compliance with public company reporting requirements post-listing
System and Internal Controls
- Build and enhance internal control systems to improve transparency and risk management.
- Ensure full compliance with financial, tax, and accounting regulations.
- Manage internal and external audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Essential Qualifications/ Trình độ chuyên môn
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
MBA, CFA, or CPA designation strongly preferred

- Knowledge:
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO or equivalent).
