🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

📅 7–10 years of experience in urban planning or land development, including 3+ years in a managerial role

🗣️ Fluent in English & Vietnamese, with strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
