1. Job Responsibilities
📊 Lead and manage all financial and accounting activities across the company
📑 Oversee revenue, expenses, commissions, taxes, contracts, and financial reporting
👥 Supervise and develop an accounting team of 8–10 staff
📈 Advise management with financial forecasts, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations
🏦 Represent the company in dealings with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions
🔍 Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and real estate-specific regulations

2. Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + Chief Accountant Certificate
📆 3–5 years’ experience as Chief Accountant (real estate experience preferred)
👥 Proven team management experience (8–10 staff)
📚 Deep knowledge of tax law, payroll, commissions, and financial systems
💻 Proficient in MISA, Bravo, and advanced Excel
🌐 Fluent in Vietnamese; English as needed
💪 Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure
