DESIGN DIRECTOR

1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

🏙️ Define and articulate the overall design vision and concept direction for architectural projects

📐 Ensure architectural excellence and design quality across all project stages from concept to construction

🤝 Act as the senior design representative in client meetings and workshops to build strong relationships

📊 Oversee coordination between multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration with BIM workflows

📋 Provide high-level design review, mentor senior architects, and support project pitching and acquisition

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture with Professional Registration in Architectural Design

📅 Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior design leadership role

🗣️ Native or Bilingual proficiency in English with excellent client-facing and communication skills

🌍 Proven track record leading large-scale, complex projects across multiple sectors like healthcare or aviation

✈️ Nationality: Expat
