2️⃣ Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
📅 7–8 years of experience in licensing or related roles (real estate preferred)
🧠 Strong understanding of investment procedures and regulatory frameworks
🤝 Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
🗣️ Fluent English
