📊 Oversee financial reporting in accordance with VAS & IFRS
📑 Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
💰 Develop budgets, forecasts, and analyze financial performance
🔎 Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
🤝 Provide financial insights to support senior management decision-making

2️⃣ Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred)
📅 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate
🏢 Experience in senior roles such as Chief Accountant is a plus
🧠 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations
🗣️ Fluent English
