📈 Analyze performance (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, costs) and provide actionable insights
🤝 Partner with operations teams to optimize costs and profitability
💡 Build financial models to support expansion, investments, and CAPEX decisions
📑 Support leadership with strategic reporting and investor insights
2️⃣ Job Requirements
🎓 Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
📅 10+ years of experience, including FP&A in hospitality
🏨 Strong understanding of hospitality financial metrics and operations
🧠 Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools
🗣️ Fluent in English and Vietnamese
