1. Responsibilities:
📈 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sell-out targets
🤝 Build and manage brokerage agency networks and sales channels
📊 Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and conversion rates
🎯 Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead generation and project launches

2. Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
📅 5–7 years of real estate sales experience with management exposure
🏢 Strong agency network and large-scale project sales experience
🗣️ Good command of English
