1. Responsibilities:
💬 Lead customer experience initiatives from pre-sales to post-handover
🤝 Manage customer relationships, feedback, and retention programs
📊 Oversee CRM processes and customer advocacy initiatives
🎯 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
2. Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related fields
📅 3–5+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Key Account Management
💻 Experience working with CRM systems and customer data management
🗣️ Good command of English
