1. Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual operating budget process and long-term strategic plans for all gaming and non-gaming business units.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages highlighting key KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, Gaming Win/Loss, and EBITDA margins.

• Provide financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new capital projects and evaluate potential M&A activities.

• Act as the primary liaison with Corporate Headquarters and present critical insights to the Deputy CFO and executive leadership.

2. Requirements:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with CPA/CFA certification highly preferred.

• 15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership in an Integrated Resort, large-scale Casino, or top MNC.

• Expertise in gaming-specific financial metrics, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Fluent English with strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
