🌟 Process Control Manager

1. Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance and internal controls throughout the entire project cycle, from risk assessment to final inspection.
• Control construction budgets from planning to implementation, and assess procurement processes (bidding, contractor evaluation) to prevent fraud and inefficiencies.
• Streamline company-wide policies/SOPs, establish organizational capabilities via data analytics, and facilitate cross-functional training.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Professional Civil Engineer certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years managing large-scale civil construction projects (covering planning, cost, schedule, quality, and safety).
• Prior internal or external auditing experience (e.g., construction quality auditing) at the manager level is a strong plus.
• Proficient in English with excellent project management, leadership, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
