Our client, a leading real estate developer and investor, is looking for a talented professional to join as:

🌟 Project Manager

1. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value real estate developments, managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk.

• Appoint and manage project consultants and contractors while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide structural design oversight to ensure safety and constructability, and oversee site activities during the construction phase.

• Lead project handover and coordinate with asset management teams to ensure operational readiness.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• 15 years of project management experience on large-scale developments, preferably on the developer/client side.

• Strong leadership, commercial awareness with an investor mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Vietnamese national, fluent in English (written and spoken), and able to travel on short notice.
