Our client, a leading organization in the Real Estate industry, is looking for a talented professional to join as:

🌟 Chief Human Resources Officer

1. Responsibilities:

• Advise the CEO and BOD on organizational structure and develop HR strategies aligned with business needs.

• Lead comprehensive HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.

• Drive organizational development, business transformation, and corporate culture initiatives.

• Oversee HRIS operations, labor relations, HRBP functions, and administrative management tasks.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; CHRO/SHRM certification is a plus.

• 10 years of total experience, including 5 years as an HR Director with a focus on transformation and change management within the real estate industry.

• In-depth knowledge of Organizational Development, business transformation (restructuring, culture change), and labor laws.

• English proficiency with strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
