1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

• 🎯 Lead sales strategies, set targets, and drive revenue achievement for assigned projects.
• 🔎 Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
• 📊 Analyze market trends and develop solutions to strengthen project sales performance.
• 👥 Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the project sales team.
• 🤝 Support deal closing, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
• 🎉 Organize product launch events and support the team throughout the sales process.
• 📈 Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales action plans.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• 💼 Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• 🏢 Strong knowledge and experience in luxury and ultra-luxury real estate projects.
• 💎 Proven experience with high-end products, including luxury apartments and villas.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, sales, and negotiation skills.
• 👔 Excellent leadership, coaching, training, and team motivation capabilities.
• 🤝 Strong communication skills with clients, developers, and business partners.
• 🔥 Resilient, target-driven, energetic, and able to perform under high pressure.
• 🌏 Experience working with foreign real estate developers is preferred.
