1. Job Responsibilities
📚 Oversee bookkeeping and ensure compliance for the company and its subsidiaries
📊 Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting (VAS & IFRS if required)
🧾 Manage tax planning, audit processes, and regulatory filings
🤝 Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities
👥 Supervise accounting team (AP, AR, General Accountant)
📈 Support subsidiaries with accounting guidance and standard alignment
🔐 Ensure internal controls, risk management, and compliance with accounting laws
📑 Collaborate with CEO and Board for strategic finance decisions

2. Job Requirements
🎓 Degree in Accounting/Finance; Chief Accountant Certificate required (CPA is a plus)
📆 5+ years in senior accounting roles, preferably in trading or medical equipment
📊 Strong knowledge of local tax laws, VAS, and international standards
💼 Experience managing finance teams and multiple entities
💬 Proficient English communication skills
🧠 High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
