🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related fields
📅 15+ years’ experience in design-led organizations, with 10+ years in leadership roles
🏗️ Strong background in real estate, architecture, or large-scale developments
🗣️ Professional working proficiency in English
