HRConcy’s client, a top-tier Real Estate Developer in Vietnam, is seeking a talented Corporate Strategy Deputy Manager to shape their real estate portfolio and drive strategic growth.
1. Key Responsibilities:
💼 Strategic & Legal Advisory:

Evaluate residential development opportunities from strategic and legal perspectives.
Review project legal frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Build relationships with government authorities to streamline project approvals.
Provide legal and regulatory insights to guide investment strategies.

📊 Investment & Feasibility Analysis:

Conduct market and financial feasibility studies to identify profitable opportunities.
Develop and maintain investment models to optimize project structures.
Monitor and evaluate investment performance of projects.

🌐 Strategic Project Management:

Collaborate with teams to align project strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
Support Manager/Director in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Contribute to business development and other assigned projects.

✅ Others:

Assist Manager/Director with daily operations, including translation and interpretation with authorities and landlords.
Undertake tasks as assigned by Manager/Director.

2. Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
📅 Experience in residential projects at a real estate developer is a plus.
🗣 Fluent in English (mandatory).
💻 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🧠 Strong market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🛠 Well-organized, able to handle pressure, and detail-oriented.
