1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

🏗️ Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Engineering Division; report to Board
📐 Oversee C&S design quality, technical compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination
🤝 Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for project success
🧭 Drive strategic planning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division
👥 Mentor senior engineers and build a high-performing technical team

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred); Professional Registration required
📅 20+ years’ experience in C&S design and project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership
🗣️ Fluent / native-level English with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
