JOB DESCRIPTION

Client: A customer of HRConcy – A leading publicly listed conglomerate in Vietnam’s top 5, specializing in supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and ports.
Scope of Responsibility:

Reporting to: Chairman of the Board of Directors / Deputy General Director in charge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic advice and consultation to the Board of Directors on short- and long-term business policies and strategies to drive the company’s development.

Manage and lead the company to achieve business objectives, vision, and core values.

Oversee the business operations of the company’s warehouse system with a total capacity of 55,730 pallet positions, including:

Automated cold storage (-25°C): 5,956 m², 17-tier double-deep racking, 40,040 pallet positions.

Cold storage (-25°C): 1,741 m², 8-tier double-deep racking, 4,708 pallet positions.

Cool storage (+3°C): 1,985 m², 8-tier double-deep racking, 4,898 pallet positions.

Ambient temperature storage: 2,443 m², 8-tier double-deep racking, 5,804 pallet positions.

Be responsible for organizing operations, securing clients for warehouse leasing, and achieving assigned business targets.

Propose solutions, implement, and monitor warehouse and logistics operations, including planning, sourcing, contract signing, and optimizing operations for maximum efficiency; continuously improve performance through monitoring and evaluation.

Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Create and present import/export and warehouse management proposals to clients.

Manage, supervise, and coordinate warehouse managers to collaborate with warehouse staff to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Organize human resources effectively, oversee task execution, and monitor all operational outcomes in the warehouse area to boost employee productivity and improve company performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Gender/Age: Male, aged 40–50.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, with preference for candidates experienced in managing large-scale cold storage operations.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships; effective time management and planning skills; strong persuasion and negotiation abilities; strategic thinking; conflict resolution; results-oriented; and teamwork capabilities.

Responsible for business development and sales of all logistics services at the company.
