- Transportation company
- Two freight forwarding companies
- Responsible for logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping line operations. Reporting to: Board of Directors (Group CEO and Chairman).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development:
- Develop business objectives and strategies in transportation, warehousing, and logistics to differentiate from competitors through superior service quality, attracting major partners, and expanding market share in the Southern region.
- Directly manage and direct business operations, ensuring the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, streamlining operations for efficiency.
- Manage and oversee the logistics operations team of the conglomerate.
- Be accountable to the Board for the company’s business performance and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and expand relationships with strategic partners.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee short- and long-term business strategies and plans to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Manage overall customer service operations, service quality, and client relationship resources.
- Monitor service quality through customer feedback and engagement.
- Supervise office support functions.
3. Internal Management:
- Develop and enhance internal processes, conduct regular evaluations, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee departmental operations to improve efficiency, quality, and workforce performance.
- Provide guidance to build an effective team to support the company’s overall operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Gender/Age: Male, born between 1973 and 1983.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Transportation, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an executive role (e.g., Business Development Director, COO, Deputy General Director, or CEO) in logistics service companies.
- Skills and Qualities:
- Passionate, resilient, and capable of inspiring and motivating teams with an optimistic mindset.
- Decisive and innovative, with the ability to drive transformative changes and bring fresh perspectives to the organization.
- Honest, perceptive, and highly responsible.
- Professional attitude towards superiors, subordinates, and peers.
- Health: Good physical condition, able to handle high-pressure work environments.
BENEFITS & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Location: 172 Hai Ba Trung, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (7:30 AM–11:30 AM, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
- Benefits: Full compliance with labor laws; social insurance contributions based on salary scale (not full salary).
