🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
📅 12–15+ years’ experience in architectural design or design management
🏗️ Experience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
🗣️ Professional working proficiency in English
🌟 Strong coordination, communication, and design management skills
