1. Job Responsibilities

💻 Develop, test, and implement digital tools, automation solutions, and AI applications to support project delivery and business operations
⚙️ Design and deploy automated workflows and systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
📊 Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data-driven solutions for reporting and decision support
🔍 Research, test, and evaluate digital platforms, software, and AI technologies for practical application
🤝 Collaborate with project teams and business units to identify opportunities for digital improvement and innovation
🧠 Translate operational and business requirements into scalable, reliable digital solutions
🔄 Support continuous improvement of digital workflows, standards, and internal platforms

2. Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
📚 Additional training in software development, data, or digital systems is an advantage
📅 Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital delivery, automation, software development, or technical innovation roles
🏗️ Experience in AEC, consultancy, or project-based environments is an advantage (but not mandatory)
💻 Strong coding and scripting skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, C#, or equivalent)
📈 Experience developing internal tools, applications, or automation solutions (desktop, web, or cloud-based)
📊 Familiarity with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or custom dashboards)
🔌 Understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation workflows
🤖 Practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies and their integration into workflows
🗣️ Professional working proficiency in English
