📆 10+ years in government relations or public affairs, ideally in real estate
🏛️ Strong network with officials in HCMC, Hanoi (other provinces a plus)
🧠 Deep knowledge of Vietnam’s regulatory and legislative processes
💬 Fluent in Vietnamese & English with strong communication and negotiation skills
