1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

🏛️ Lead and execute government engagement strategy at central and provincial levels (especially HCMC & Hanoi)
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries, authorities, and key stakeholders
📑 Monitor, analyze, and respond to policies, regulations, and legislative changes impacting real estate projects
🗣️ Represent the company in official meetings, forums, and industry associations
🔎 Coordinate licensing processes and liaise with consultants to support project approvals
📊 Provide strategic updates and policy insights to senior leadership

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Construction, Law, Investment, or related fields preferred)
📅 Minimum 10 years of experience in Government Affairs/Public Affairs (Real Estate preferred)
🏢 Strong existing network with government authorities in HCMC & Hanoi (other provinces a plus)
🧠 Deep understanding of Vietnam’s regulatory and legislative environment in real estate
🗣️ Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and bilingual communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
