📈 Develop and implement sales policies and strategies to strengthen customer engagement and drive revenue
👥 Lead sales team recruitment, manage dealer networks, and provide training for sales staff
💰 Monitor and control sales budgets to optimize costs and maximize ROI
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with project objectives

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a related field
📅 Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role and 5+ years in real estate
🏢 Strong understanding of HCMC real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitors
📑 Good knowledge of Vietnam’s Real Estate Business Law, Land Law, and Housing Law
🧠 Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
🗣️ Fluent English for professional communication is preferred
