Project Legal Deputy Manager

💼 Level: Deputy Manager

1. Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal procedures and ensure compliance for real estate projects throughout their lifecycle.

• Liaise directly with authorities to facilitate project approvals (1/2000 zoning plan, principal investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc.), including regulation checks and process negotiations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities.

• Study and report on property and investment regulations, analyzing them to provide actionable solutions.

• Conduct due diligence on potential projects to ensure legal compliance.

• Draft and manage legal documents and letters for submission to authorities.

• Estimate project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Legal Manager.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or real estate company.

• Solid understanding of Vietnam’s corporate, investment, real estate, housing, and banking regulations.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership, legal research, and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, with logical thinking and excellent communication abilities.

• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
