1/ Responsibilities:

🌟 Identify and pursue new institutional investors.
🤝 Build and manage relationships with existing clients.
📈 Promote Fund’s investment products and execute sales strategies.
📝 Negotiate investment terms and coordinate with internal teams.
📊 Stay informed about market trends and perform sales pipeline development.
🏫 Assist with training on Fund products to bank and non-bank partners.
💬 Sell Fund products directly to clients and advise customers.
📋 Develop and monitor sales reports and plans.
🎯 Achieve individual KPIs such as product mix and gross sales by AUM.

2/ Requirements:

🎓 Minimum bachelor’s degree.
📅 At least 5 years of experience in financial services sales or investment products.
🇻🇳 Native Vietnamese and fluent in English.
🗣️ Strong communication skills.
🤝 High level of professionalism and integrity.
💪 Able to perform under pressure and multitask.
🔢 Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.
