1. Job Responsibilities:
📘 Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs on soft skills, sales techniques, and employee onboarding
🧩 Develop and update training materials tailored to business needs in Real Estate, Finance, and Banking
🤝 Collaborate with departments to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and foster a learning-driven culture

2. Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in training or coaching (Real Estate/Finance/Banking preferred)
✅ Excellent presentation, communication, and planning skills; proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva
