🔻 HRConcy’s customer is a leading Real Estate Company in Vietnam, with many high-end real estate projects needing recruitment: HEAD OF CORPORATE LEGAL – Seniority Level: Sr Manager/Director

🔻I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal Review:
Provide legal opinions on all matters.
Offer legal and business advice, risk mitigation recommendations.
Maintain, renew licenses for fund management, trust services, construction permits.
Draft, review, negotiate contracts/agreements, especially FIDIC.
Advise on contractual disputes, transactional matters.
Compliance & Legal Consulting:

Develop and review compliance manuals.
Advise C-Suites, Directors, and department heads.
Strengthen legal positioning and protection.
Train business units on legal/compliance matters.
Manage internal legal and trust services workflow.
Research and advise on regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on legal, compliance, regulatory developments.
Provide legal counsel on daily operations.
M&A and Commercial Deals:

Structure real estate trades.
Draft deposit contracts, SPAs, and related documents.
Research and provide legal advice on corporate, real estate, and project matters.
Implement business registration, licensing, and permits for real estate projects.

🔻II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
10+ years experience in transactions, contracts law, and drafting.
Bachelor’s law degree required.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory law, real estate, construction, housing law.
Ability to provide independent advice verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to handle sensitive matters delicately.
Clear and succinct writing skills.
Understanding of international laws, Enterprise Law, Real Estate Law, and corporate document drafting.
