1: Responsibilities:

📈 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet yearly goals.

💰 Control expenses and analyze budgets.

📊 Enhance the sales portfolio and close deals.

🧑‍🏫 Guide and train the Sales Department.

2: Qualifications

📈 Strong agency management skills with a preference for Central and North market experience

🏆 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate
🎓 Bachelor/ Master in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;

🧠 Strong analytical and strategic skills.

🗣️ Good command in English and leadership abilities.

🖥️ Advanced MS Office skills

🔍 Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
