1. Job Responsibilities
🚀 Develop and execute large-scale digital marketing strategies with budgets from hundreds of millions to billions VND/month
🌍 Manage multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo), optimize CPL & CPA, and boost conversion rates
📊 Build and lead a high-performing Digital Marketing team, setting KPIs/OKRs and reporting to the Board

2. Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
📆 5+ years in Digital Marketing, incl. 2+ years managing a team of 5+
💡 Experience with real estate or industries with large ad budgets is a big plus
📈 Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Data Studio, CRM)
