1. Job Responsibilities
🔍 Develop and execute internal audit strategy aligned with corporate objectives and risk management framework
📋 Oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting across all business units and subsidiaries
🛡️ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control standards; advise senior leadership on risk mitigation
🤝 Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to uphold transparency and accountability

2. Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field; CIA, CPA, ACCA preferred
📆 10+ years in internal audit, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in large corporations
🧠 Deep knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and corporate governance
📈 Strategic mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
