2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage)
📅 12+ years of legal experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or infrastructure
🧠 Strong expertise in corporate transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance
🗣️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
