1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Hanoi Sales team, including Sales Managers and sales personnel.
• Set branch strategies, sales targets, KPIs, and operational rhythms to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven actions to improve results.
• Work closely with the BOD to execute short-, medium-, and long-term branch strategies.

2️⃣ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, Banking, or Insurance.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles, such as Branch Manager, Business Director, or Head of Sales.
• Proven experience building and leading large-scale sales teams.
• Strong leadership, sales management, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with foreign real estate developers is an advantage.
