Position: DOOH Business Manager

Location: Vietnam

Experience: 3+ years in business planning and overall operation management in the DOOH industry

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute business plans for the DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) business in the Vietnam market.

Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and formulate strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Oversee the overall operation management of the DOOH business, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as advertising agencies, media partners, and technology providers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of DOOH campaigns and projects.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and compliance.

Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.

Provide leadership and guidance to the DOOH team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and achievement.

Prepare regular reports, presentations, and business proposals for senior management and clients.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in business planning and overall operation management in the DOOH industry.

Excellent knowledge of the Vietnam market, including consumer behavior, advertising landscape, and regulatory framework.

Strong network and relationships with brand clients and advertising agencies in Vietnam.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights for decision-making.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership qualities with a focus on team building, mentorship, and achieving business objectives.

Position: DOOH Sales Agency Manager

Location: Vietnam

Experience: 3+ years in sales agency for DOOH advertising, with a strong network of brand clients

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals responsible for selling DOOH advertising solutions to brand clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Build and maintain relationships with brand clients, advertising agencies, and media buying partners.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized DOOH advertising proposals and campaigns that meet client objectives.

Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with brand clients.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to drive sales growth.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Mentor and train sales team members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market insights.

Requirements:
