Job Description: 8. JD – BIM Manager – HCM

1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

🧩 Lead and manage BIM implementation across Company Vietnam projects
📐 Act as the central authority for BIM standards, workflows, and data governance
📘 Develop, maintain, and enforce ISO 19650–compliant BIM standards, guidelines, and execution plans
🤝 Coordinate with project teams, discipline leads, and other Company offices to ensure consistent BIM delivery
🔍 Oversee BIM planning, model coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC across multidisciplinary projects
🎓 Provide BIM leadership, training, and technical guidance to project teams
📑 Support tenders, proposals, and client discussions related to BIM capabilities and delivery
🔄 Contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows, model quality, and documentation standards

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited university
🏅 BIM-related certifications (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO 19650 training) are an advantage
📅 Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in BIM
🏗️ At least 5+ years in a BIM leadership or management role
🗣️ Native / bilingual-level English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage)

3️⃣ Technical & Functional Competencies

🧠 Strong expertise in BIM Management and digital delivery leadership
📘 Solid knowledge and practical application of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards
💻 Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows
📂 Experience developing and managing Pre-BEP, BEP, MIDP, and TIDP documents
🔎 Strong capability in model coordination, clash detection, and BIM QA/QC processes
🤖 Knowledge of automation, data management, and emerging technologies (AI, BI)
🌟 Strong leadership and ownership in driving BIM initiatives across projects
🤝 Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across disciplines and offices
🗣️ Clear communication, training, and presentation skills
🧩 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management capability
🌍 Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a multi-project, international environment
