1. Key Responsibilities:
💼 Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.
📊 Ensure transparent, compliant accounting systems and tight control over revenue, commission, and tax matters.
🤝 Represent the company in tax inspections, audits, and regulatory matters.
📈 Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions by the Board of Directors.

2. Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Accounting/Finance + Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam MOF).
📅 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate brokerage.
👥 Strong leadership, managing a team of 8–10 accountants.
🧠 Proficient in MISA/Bravo, advanced Excel, and strong tax/accounting knowledge, especially in commission-based models.
📆 Must be open to working on Saturdays; female candidates born in the 1980s are preferred.
