1. Job Responsibilities

📑 Provide strategic & legal advisory for residential development projects
🏛 Build strong relationships with government authorities to support approvals and resolve issues
📈 Conduct feasibility studies, investment modeling & evaluate project performance
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy, timelines & deliverables
🗂 Support Manager/Director in daily operations, translation, and stakeholder communication

2. Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, Finance, or related majors
📆 Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Development, Investment, Project Legal (residential projects preferred)
🌐 Fluent in English (required)
📊 Strong market research, analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office
💼 Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure; confident & professional
