2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business
📅 15+ years in HR, including 5+ years in Director/Head roles within hospitality
🏢 Strong understanding of hospitality operations and labor market
🧠 Proven leadership in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development
🗣️ Fluent in English and Vietnamese
