1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

🏙️ Lead and manage Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and BIM implementation across Vietnam and international offices

📐 Act as the central authority for ISO 19650-compliant BIM standards, digital workflows, and data governance

🤝 Coordinate with project teams and discipline leads to ensure consistent BIM delivery and clash management

📊 Drive the adoption of Business Intelligence, automation solutions, and AI in project delivery processes

📋 Oversee digital QA/QC, provide technical guidance, and lead BIM training for multidisciplinary teams

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field

📅 Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership role

🗣️ Native or Bilingual proficiency in English with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

💻 Expert knowledge of ISO 19650, Revit, Navisworks, and collaborative platforms like ACC/BIM 360
