Infrastructure Manager

🏗️ Lead and develop the Infrastructure team, including engineers and designers.
📊 Plan resources and oversee infrastructure design and project delivery from concept through construction support.
📐 Review and approve engineering reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
🤝 Manage client relationships and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and authorities.
⚙️ Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
🚀 Support business development, tender submissions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
💼 At least 20 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering consultancy.
👔 8–10 years of experience in leadership or engineering management roles.
🌉 Strong expertise in infrastructure planning and design, including roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, earthworks, and external works.
💻 Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM workflows, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
🧠 Excellent leadership, strategic planning, client management, and problem-solving skills.
🤖 Ability to identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve engineering workflows and productivity.
⭐ Professional Engineer registration, particularly Class I in bridge and road design, is preferred.
