1️⃣ Job Responsibilities

⚙️ Lead and manage MEPF design across multiple real estate developments
📐 Review and coordinate MEPF designs with consultants, architects, and engineers
📊 Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, budgets, and performance requirements
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and authorities
🧭 Support value engineering, lifecycle optimization, and risk mitigation

2️⃣ Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
📅 12–15+ years’ experience in MEPF design and coordination
🏗️ Experience on developer / client-side projects is a strong advantage
🗣️ Professional working proficiency in English
🌟 Strong technical judgment, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
