1️⃣ Job Responsibilities
🏗️ Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for mega-scale design programs (RIBA Stages 2–4)
🧭 Lead project vision, delivery strategy, governance, and risk management
🤝 Act as the main interface with Clients, Airport Authorities, and government bodies
📐 Ensure multidisciplinary design integration, quality, and compliance
📊 Oversee program schedules, budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting
👥 Lead and mentor senior design and project teams

2️⃣ Job Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
📜 PMP certification is mandatory
📅 30+ years’ experience, including 10+ years leading mega or aviation / mixed-use projects
🌍 Strong knowledge of international codes and large-scale project governance
🗣️ Fluent English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus
