🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
📅 12–15+ years’ experience in real estate project management
🏗️ Proven delivery of large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
🗣️ Professional working proficiency in English
🌟 Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
