🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
📅 5+ years of managerial experience in Talent Acquisition
🤝 Strong recruitment, stakeholder management, and training skills
🗣️ Fluent English with excellent communication and networking abilities
